Namefinity is a private app for helping you remember people, with your in-app content stored on your device. Use it respectfully, including in work and networking contexts, do not use it for illegal or harmful purposes, keep your own exports/backups private, and do not rely on the app as your only copy of important information.

Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Namefinity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. If we do, we will update the effective date. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

App Store terms

Namefinity is licensed, not sold, through the Apple App Store. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the iOS app unless a different app-store agreement applies. These Terms supplement that license for Namefinity-specific conduct, privacy, content, and support rules.

Eligibility

Namefinity is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age where you live, use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Your use of the app

You may use Namefinity for personal or internal professional memory and learning purposes.

You must not:

• use the app to harass, stalk, threaten, defame, or harm anyone;
• store or share information in ways that violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
• use the app for surveillance, covert identification, scraping, people-intelligence, or other purposes outside a private memory aid;
• attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, exploit, or disrupt the app except where applicable law expressly allows it;
• use automated tools, scripts, or bots to abuse the app or degrade its availability;
• resell, broker, or operate the app as a people-data service;
